The short version
- This policy applies when you visit https://www.maestroplatform.com, or open a page, form or message from Maestro Ventures.
- Maestro Ventures LLC is responsible for your information. We use technology from AI Integrator, which works for us as our service provider.
- We enhance data. When you visit our site, we may work out who you are, or which business you work for, and add details about you from other sources. Section 3 explains how this works, and Section 7 explains how to stop it.
- You control our messages. Every email we send has an Unsubscribe link and a Communication preferences link. Reply STOP to any text to stop our texts.
- You have rights. You can see, correct and delete your information. Section 8 explains how.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Maestro Ventures LLC ("we," "us") decides how your personal information is used. Under privacy laws we are the "business" or "controller."
AI Integrator provides the technology behind our website tools, pages, forms and messages. It acts as our service provider (processor):
- it uses your information only to provide services to us;
- it may not sell your information or use it for anyone else; and
- it may keep limited security logs, and statistics that cannot identify you, to run and protect its service.
2. What we collect
- Things you tell us: your name, email, phone, business, website, and the answers you type or speak into our forms.
- Your visit to our site: pages viewed, time of visit, the page that sent you here, device and browser details, IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers set by our site's tools.
- How you use a page we sent you: which steps you reached, how long you spent on each, and whether you finished or forwarded it. On these pages we don't set tracking cookies, don't fingerprint your device, and don't store your IP address with the visit. The page may save your own settings, such as zoom level and the step you reached, on your device.
- Details added about you (enrichment): your job title, employer, business contact details, social profile links, company size and industry.
- Your communication choices: what we sent you, and every choice you made about our messages.
- Inferences: our estimate of your interests or needs, based on the above.
3. How we enhance data: identification and enrichment
Identification. Our site may use a tag that records the visit details listed in Section 2. Our service provider compares those details with identity data from third-party data partners. When the match is confident, your visit is linked to you or to your business. When it is weak, the visit is linked only to a company, or to no one.
Enrichment. When we already know something about you, such as a name and email from a form, we may add more details from those data partners, from public sources, and from our own records.
Where this data comes from. Identity and enrichment data come from third-party data partners who are registered as data brokers where the law requires. Our service provider uses that data only on our behalf.
Why we do it:
- to know who is interested in what we offer, so that we can follow up;
- to keep our records accurate;
- to personalize what we show you and send you; and
- to measure what works.
What we don't do with it. We don't use it to make decisions about anyone's credit, insurance, housing, employment or health care, and we don't knowingly identify children.
4. Forms, forwarding and the microphone
- Checking your details. When you enter a website or email address in our forms, we check it in real time, including with an email-verification service, before we accept it.
- Forwarding a page. If you forward one of our pages, we save the recipient's name, business, website and email, and the answers you gave. We make a page addressed to them. If they are already in our records, we attach the forward to their existing record. You send the email yourself. We may contact them later, and every message we send them has a way to opt out. We don't tell you whether they opened it.
- Speaking your answers. The microphone button uses your browser's own speech recognition. Your browser's maker may process the audio under its own terms. We receive only the text.
- Private details. Private details, such as appointment details, appear only after a check you choose. For example, we may text a code to the number on file, or ask for your date of birth.
5. How we use and share information
How we use it:
- to run our site and pages;
- to identify and enrich visitors (Section 3);
- to contact you;
- to personalize content;
- to prevent fraud and abuse;
- to comply with the law; and
- for other purposes we tell you about when we collect the information.
Who we share it with:
- AI Integrator and our other service providers, such as hosting, messaging, verification and payment providers;
- data partners, who receive only what is needed to find a match;
- partners who deliver our services to you;
- professional advisers;
- authorities, when the law requires it;
- a buyer or successor of our business; and
- anyone you ask us to share with.
Sale and sharing. We don't sell your information for money. Some state laws may still treat identification, enrichment or ad measurement as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out of all of them (Section 7).
6. How we contact you
We may contact you by:
- email;
- text message (SMS);
- postal mail;
- live phone calls;
- automated or prerecorded calls; and
- ringless voicemail, which is a message left in your voicemail without your phone ringing.
We use each channel only as the law allows. Here is what that means for you.
- Automated calls, prerecorded calls, ringless voicemail and automated texts. We send these for marketing only if you have given us your prior express written consent. Ringless voicemail is treated as a call under federal law, so the same rule applies to it. You never have to agree to this in order to buy anything. For non-marketing messages, such as appointment reminders, we still have the consent the law requires.
- Do Not Call. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry, applicable state registries, and our own internal do-not-call list. If you tell us not to call you, we add you to our list.
- Calling hours. We call only during the hours federal law allows, and during the shorter hours some states set, such as 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. your local time. Where a state limits how often we may contact you, we follow that limit.
- Stricter state rules win. Some states, including Florida, Oklahoma and Maryland, have their own calling and texting laws. Where a state's rule is stricter than federal law, we follow the state's rule.
- Texts. Reply STOP (or QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or END) to stop all texts from us. Reply HELP for help, and START to resume. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
- Email. Every marketing email identifies us, includes our postal address, and has two working links:
- Unsubscribe turns off all email from us.
- Communication preferences lets you choose what you still receive.
- How far an opt-out reaches. When you opt out of a channel, it covers every message we send on that channel, to every address or number we have for you. If you tell us, by any reasonable means, to stop contacting you altogether, we stop on every channel. We act on opt-outs promptly, and always within the time the law allows. We don't contact you on that channel again unless you ask us to.
- Postal mail. Ask us to stop sending you mail, and we will.
- Messages you need. After you opt out of marketing, we may still send messages you need, such as appointment confirmations and receipts, where the law allows.
7. Opting out of identification, enrichment, sale and sharing
- Online: use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option at https://www.aiintegratorhq.com/api/p/bryce?o=maestro-ventures.
- Email: write to privacy@maestroplatform.com with the subject "Opt out."
- Browser signals: our platform provides settings that honor Global Privacy Control and consent choices. Identification follows those settings where our site's tag has been set up to use them.
When you opt out, we stop identifying and enriching you, and we pass your request to our service provider and our data partners. We keep a small record of the opt-out so that it stays in effect.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have these rights:
- to know and get a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- to correct it;
- to delete it;
- to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and significant profiling;
- to withdraw consent;
- to appeal our decision; and
- to be treated equally when you use any of these rights.
These rights come from the laws of states such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon, and from the laws of the EEA and the UK.

How requests are handled:
- We will confirm your identity first, usually with a code.
- An authorized agent may make a request for you, with your signed permission.
- We reply within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you, and the extension can be up to 45 more days.
- If we say no, we will tell you why and how to appeal.
- If your appeal does not resolve it, you may contact your state attorney general or your data protection authority.
9. Keeping and protecting information
How long we keep it. We keep information only as long as we need it. Records of your communication choices are kept for as long as we need to prove that we honored them.
How we protect it. Our measures include encryption in transit, access controls, and a separate database for each company. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
Health information. We don't collect health information from website visits. Any health records stay in the practice's own systems, and are handled under the practice's own agreements and notices.
10. Children, international visitors, and changes
- Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where stricter rules apply. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
- International visitors. We process information in the United States. If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on our legitimate interests, on your consent, on a contract with you, or on legal duties. When your information leaves your region, we use recognized safeguards.
- Changes. We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on https://www.maestroplatform.com.
